The Seven Healing Chakras Workshop
(Seven Saturday Workshop)

We will work on our seven chakras: the Root chakra, the Sacral chakra, the Solar Plexus chakra, the Heart chakra. the Throat chakra, the Third Eye chakra and the Crown chakra. We will  do meditations, exercises and affirmations. This is a seven week long workshop and a very intensive one. Exercises and meditations will be taught for unblocking your body's energy centers. By working on our chakras, healing  and develop them, enhances our lives beyond measure and makes things possible that we may only have dreamed of. We are spiritual beings trying our best to be human during this sojourn on the planet. Our physical body is the visible evidence of our incarnation and allows us to experience and share emotions and relate to others who have also chosen to incarnate at this time. But it is as we approach our soul and integrate its gifts into our lives that we come into our own and become the best that we can be. In understanding, healing and developing our chakras we can touch almost every aspect of our lives, human and spiritual. Qualities that we aspire to are represented here and are available to us. The aim is to remain grounded and normal ordinary human beings while accomplishing the extraordinary. This workshop will have a self assessment questionnaire for each chakra, a "NOW YOU", which leads to healing, and  logging of your feelings. It also includes exercises and meditations  that will help you do your own healing, and also some affirmations at the end of each class.At various times you will be asked to write about how you feel. This is a seven week workshop and you will have to make a commitment for the whole workshop because we will be working on different chakras each Friday.  The aim is that you will come to know, understand and experience each chakra, healing what has happened in your life thus far and letting go of any guilt or shame. Just realizing this and being gentle with yourself will help raise your self steem and start the healing process. 

A book and 7 guided Meditation cd's to work on your chakras are included with this workshop.

This workshop is taught once a year and it lasts seven weeks.

Class starts on Friday January 27th from 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm and ends March 2nd

You need to commit to attend all seven classes

Payment is in advance, once workshops starts you cannot miss a day and you cannot show up late. You will need to commit to the seven weeks of training.
