Brad Oraw teaches classical and modern forms of hatha , kundalini and partner yoga. Traditional asanas are reinterpreted on a personal basis. His sessions are designed to provide all students the opportunity to grow in their own personal practice. The sessions can be adapted to any personal style or need. Body awareness such as breath control and physical alignment are stressed to produce an energizing, restorative, and safe experience. Variations, modifications, and creativity are encouraged. Life is movement, movement is Bliss! Allow the Bliss to enter your life! Yoga will change you for ever.
Brad combines yoga teachings with meditation and breathing sessions.

*5, 10, and 20 Class Passes are good for any regular on-going classes at our studio. For example, purchase a 10 Class Pass and you may then attend any 10 classes you wish within a 4 month period. You decide if you want to attend once a week, twice a week, three times a week or more. It's up to you how fast you use the classes on your pass...but please use them before they expire.
Private Yoga Classes
One session** $60/hr or $75/1.5 hrs
Three sessions** $150/3 - 1 hr sessions
**for privates held at the studio.
PROFESSIONAL DISCLOSURE
I am delighted to have you as a yoga student. The following information will help you get the most out of your classes and clarify my role as a teacher. Please read and sign below.
1. Hatha Yoga is much more than physical exercise; it is a transformational practice that integrates body, mind, and spirit. Hatha Yoga is a way of encountering and releasing physical, mental, and emotional tensions to arrive at deeper levels of relaxation and awareness.
2. All exercise programs involve risk of injury. By choosing to participate in my yoga classes, you voluntarily assume a certain risk of injury. The following guidelines will help you reduce your risk of injury:
- Listen to my instructions before attempting new exercises and poses.
- Breathe smoothly and continuously as you move and stretch.
- Do not hold your breath or strain to attain any position.
- Work gently, respecting your body’s abilities and limits.
- Don’t perform postures or movements that are painful.
- Ask me if you are unsure how to perform a certain movement.
- Menstruating women should not practice inverted postures.
- Pregnant women must consult their health care provider before enrolling in class.
3. It is always advisable to consult your physician before embarking on any exercise program. You must inform me of any health conditions that could be affected by your practice of yoga. If you are unsure about a condition, please speak to me.
4. Awareness is fundamental to the practice of yoga. It is your responsibility as a student to monitor each activity and determine whether it is appropriate for you to participate. Though I am your teacher, you remain primarily responsible for your safety and well-being.
5. As a professional, I am responsible for providing competent yoga instruction. I am not responsible for ensuring the safety of my students beyond providing competent instruction. By signing this form you hereby release Brad Oraw, Diana Olander and Center for Ancient Healing Arts, LLCfrom any and all liability for injuries that are not directly and proximately caused by my professional negligence.
