If you send us an email please be sure to specify whether you wish to visit us in-person or work with us by phone. Also include information about your availability over the next two weeks and Diana will make every effort to meet your request. We recommend that you do this prior to purchasing one of our services to ensure that an appointment is available at your convenience.

Pre-registration and pre-payment is required. Due to class size limit, early registration is suggested. Class registration closes three days prior to class. To register via phone, call: 480.212.6747. You will have to pay online or over the phone to confirm your spot. Sorry, no exceptions!
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel/reschedule your class: Call at least 72 hours in advance.
Up to 48 hours or No Show: Sorry, no refunds will be given or in-house credit will be offered.

Please read over our Policies and Procedures listed below.
All appointments are scheduled in advance with a pre-paid American Express, Discover, Visa or Master Card via pay pal or over the phone. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us with at least 48 hours advance notice. Be advised that you will be charged 100% of your appointment if canceled within less than 48 hours. Thank you for your consideration of the practitioner and of others waiting for appointments.
Please schedule your appointments by phone, or website. Our website contact form is a great way to inquire for additional information, or if you have questions about a particular therapy. However emailing us does not secure appointments until you confirm by pay pal.
Initial Consultation-
What you should expect: While the initial consultation usually runs from one hour and a half to two hours, depending on the extent of medical history, amount of material needing to be covered and the number of questions you may have. During this time, Diana Olander, will review your health history along with other relevant areas of your life. Your over-all health, along with other recommendations your practitioner may make, is designed to help your healing process at all levels. It is very important that you know we want to help you improve your health and well-being. A willingness to change and grow, being open to new ideas and ways of life facilitates and maximizes your healing ability. Follow- up consultations are set per your practitioner’s recommendation and by mutual agreement. Usually, energy healing sessions would need to be schedule often so that you can take advantage of the healing.
Auricular Therapy
Can be scheduled once a week and natural health consultations can be scheduled every 2 weeks. For optimal results, the client needs to be reassessed at this time so that appropriate changes can be made to the modality. You may, of course, schedule a consult prior to your follow-up if you have something you would like to discuss sooner. In either case, we recommend booking well in advance as appointments often fill quickly. Usually 30-60 minutes is required for a follow-up consult. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please send a replacement or assume financial responsibility for the session. Missed, late or unused portions of series packages cannot be refunded or made up. Do not eat a heavy meal prior to your appointment. We would appreciate it if you did not smoke on your way to your appointment. Please leave all jewelry and valuables at home.
Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. A written consent form for therapy must be signed by the parent/guardian before the session begins. AZ Center for Ancient Healing Arts LLC, and the outside grounds are a non-smoking environment. To avoid disturbing anyone's session we ask that ALL cell phones, pagers and car alarms must be turned off during your visit.
Discounted series packages are available for all of our services. These series packages can be used for you or with your verbal permission for family and friends. Note: if you schedule an appointment for someone on your series card and they do not show up for the appointment your series card will be charged for the service. All discount series packages are non-refundable and are good for services only.
Gift Certificates are available for any of our services. Gift certificates can be purchased for a particular service or for a specific dollar amount. Gift certificates can also be purchased in advance over the website via pay pal by credit card. All gift certificates expire one year from date of purchase.
